Approve the design, finalize the contract, and place your order. We schedule templating, fabrication, and any installation milestones in advance.
Our experienced installers handle delivery and installation with care. You'll walk through the finished work with the lead installer before sign-off.

Yes. Both Showroom and Measurement appointments are complimentary. Measurement appointments are free for qualifying locations in New Jersey and New York — we’ll confirm coverage when you book.
Showroom appointments typically run 45 – 60 minutes. Measurement appointments take 30 – 45 minutes depending on the size and scope of the project.
Not at all. Most clients come in without a final selection — that’s exactly what a Showroom Appointment is for. Our designers will walk you through options that match your style, project, and budget.
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to reschedule or cancel. We appreciate at least 24 hours of notice when possible so we can offer the slot to another client.
Availability varies by location and time of year. Check the booking calendar after selecting your location — open slots appear in real time. If nothing fits your schedule, call us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We serve residential and commercial projects throughout New York and New Jersey from our three locations: Ridgefield (NJ), Closter (NJ), and Manhattan (NY). On-site measurements are available within standard service radii — we’ll confirm during booking.
A Measurement Appointment provides accurate field measurements used to prepare a detailed estimate. Final templating is a separate, more precise step that happens after your cabinets or framing are installed and the contract is signed — it’s used to fabricate the exact countertop pieces.
For most residential projects, an itemized quote is delivered within a few business days of the appointment. Larger or more complex projects may take a little longer — your designer will give you a clear timeline.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Decisions go more smoothly when everyone involved is in the room. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the right amount of time.
You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with the date, time, location, and what to bring. A reminder will follow closer to your appointment. If you’d like to send photos or sketches ahead of time, your designer will reply with details.
