Operations Manager (Ridgefield, NJ)
Oversee company’s operations; formulate operational policies; manage daily operations to ensure quality compliance, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction; identify problem areas to offer solutions in order to improve operational efficiencies; prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties; provide training, coaching, counseling and encouragement to the team; schedule and manage each project from start to finish; ensure safe work environment; and communicate management directives to staff to ensure compliance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 1 year exp. in the job offered. This is a full time position which requires 40 hrs/wk.
