How It Works

Simple Steps for Cabinet Projects

1

Measure the Space

We start by reviewing your kitchen dimensions. You may share existing measurements for an initial estimate, or our team can visit the site. Final measurements are always taken by our team once the project is confirmed to ensure accuracy. Measurement services are complimentary for qualifying locations.

2

Design Your Kitchen

Our designers create a custom cabinet layout using 3D design software, allowing you to visualize the space before ordering. Designs are reviewed and refined live in the showroom, with precise, real-time adjustments to layouts, finishes, door styles, and configurations.

3

Confirm Your Selections

We provide clear, itemized quotes and can present multiple options across different styles, finishes, or brands. Once approved, we finalize the contract, collect the deposit, and place the cabinet order. Manufacturing timelines vary by brand.

4

Prepare for Delivery

Our team schedules and confirms cabinet delivery in advance. Final payment is collected per contract terms prior to delivery.

5

Installation & Completion

Installation can be included at the time of quoting, or you may work with your own installer. We can provide detailed plans and coordination support as needed. Installation pricing is based on kitchen size and scope.

Simple Steps for Countertop Projects

1

Select Your Stone

Select your stone from our indoor slab yard, featuring a curated selection of granite, quartz, marble, and other surface materials. Viewing full slabs allows you to see true color variation and veining, helping you make confident design and budget decisions.

2

Share Measurements & Receive Estimate

Provide a hand sketch or detailed plans of your project to receive an initial estimate. Pricing is based on square footage, material choice, edge profiles, backsplash options, cut-outs, sink type, and project location. Final pricing will be confirmed after on-site field measurements and a complete review of project details.

3

Templating & Final Pricing

Once you’re ready to move forward, we finalize the agreement, collect the deposit, and schedule templating. Our team creates a full-scale physical template detailing seam placement, edges, cut-outs, backsplashes, faucet holes, and overhangs. Templating occurs only after cabinets or framing are fully installed and approved.

4

Fabrication

Fabrication begins once templating is complete and any square-footage adjustments are approved. Our team then fabricates your countertops at our facility, carefully cutting and finishing each piece with precision and attention to detail. Lead times vary based on material selection and project scope.

5

Installation & Completion

After fabrication is complete and the remaining balance is collected, installation is scheduled. Most residential installations are completed within a few hours to one business day. Since all cutting and polishing are done off-site, disruption is kept to a minimum. Your lead installer will walk you through the completed work and address any final questions.
